Act quickly

It's a wonderful feeling to see a cake you've made being happily devoured. But if you're planning to blog about it, it's best not to forget to take a photo first, before the cake disappears entirely! We were just in the nick of time. Made with ground almonds and hazelnuts but no flour, this chocolate cake balanced the richness of dark chocolate with a light texture.
