An afternoon tea party for visitors on 29th April gave Jen an excuse for some experimentation in the kitchen. While scooping tiny teaspoons of mixture into the individual mini cupcake cases she did ponder her reasons for the miniaturisation. All for the sake of her art she delivered a double dish of delicate deliciousness!
